Pig Of Sparta Posted January 25, 2009 Share Posted January 25, 2009 looking good Mhotep ;) I saw the first mini you did, and it looks like the recipe for white that got posted is paying off, it looks a bit smoother on this marine. I agree with mitchell though that the flesh on the face is a little too pale, maybe some selective shading with watered down dwarf or dark flesh might make it look a little better. As for the chapter name, all I can think of is 'Scions of Dorn' if you want to go with IF descendants or maybe 'Crusaders of Light' for DA descendants. I'm sure you can come up with better names than those though. What are you thinking of using as your chapter symbol? That might help you come up with an name for them... I found the easiest way to paint skin was to basecoat in Dark Flesh, paint Tanned Flesh leaving the reacesses in Dark Flesh, then highlight with Dwarf Flesh.
