I get the feeling that you'll need to sink the head a little further into the collar to achieve the effect you're going for. So far it all looks excellent though, you do great stuff with gs ;) What's the work on his right knee going to turn into?

looks good so far i look forward to seeing how this rendition of Vulken turns out. I always like the more original ones that don't use too may grey knight pieces :P *wonders how to get his version up online...*

I love the greenstuff work and conversion so far - but I find the blade of the "spear" to be a bit too big. It looks to clumsy an unbalanced.

Perhaps if you could find a smaller blade to sustitute?

Since you seem to be quite talented, I will give a more harsh criticism.

The Spear arm is ... wrong. When viewed from the 'head on' perspective of model, it look fine. But when we see it from the side, where we can see the angle of the arm, we see that his shoulder looks 'dropped' slightly, and his arm is at the wrong angle for holding the spear like that.

I would recommend that you either straighten the arm (so he is holding the spear more perpendicular to the ground) or open the arm up totally, so he is holding the spear more parallel to the ground. But this angle is awkward.

Otherwise, it looks amazing! Great work!
