marshall Egregorius Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 the theme is the captain/security/crew of an imperial navy ship. atm i am beating out concept sketches of the security detail ("arbite" Istormies) but i need help. i am looking for a good, existing, model to represent my captain, geared up for a possible boarding and ready to blow some heads open. anyone have any ideas? as i complete concepts, i will post them. MEanBOb Posted May 6, 2009 Share Posted May 6, 2009 Well have you read any of the Eisenhorn novels? They provide some pretty nice descriptions of them. They carry a low velocity sub machine gun for use in a ship and from what I can garner, wear cut down storm trooper carapace with goggled helmets along with imperial navy fatigues under the armor. I would say the Kashkrin models are a good place to start but they may be a bit on the bulky side for what you are looking for.
