Armourcast is less expensive than forgeworld, but still far from cheap. You're either going to have to search e-bay and make peace with slapping down several hundred dollars per model, or try to scratchbuild your own (which can still get pricey, depending on how much detail you put in). Also if you want a more unique titan, and your gaming group is okay with reasonable, check out the apocalypse datasheet subforum(look in signature).
