A movie for warhammer?

... all beat up in less than 120 minutes...

... all wrapped up in less than 120 minutes...

I would hate to see all the characters in the movie to be beat in 120 minutes. It wouldn't make for a really good movie.... unless you're into that sort of thing :P

not saying that you are but when I first read this, i was was a little puzzled. But i put 2 & 2 together and I got what you meant to say... but... yeah, spelling helps

carry on

its going straight to dvd. bummer....

Awww, really?

I guess GW doesn't have confidence that their product would do wonders in a mass-market theater setting... and movies aren't doing so well in general. I'd hate for them to lose even more cash on another terrible idea (I'm looking at you, Lord of the Rings stuff).

Definitly a candidate for the emperors children employee of the month award pmsl :)

Well I've looked up the production company who are making it, and they only ever done Bionicle (Lego) movies so I predict straight to DVD bargain charity bucket kiddy movie arse explosion nightmare.

Admin's be ready, when/if this film is released I predict a riot, ne SH*T storm in this glorius forum.

The Bionicle films weren't half bad, all things considered. The CGI had to keep with the LEGO inspiration, if they went off in a completely different direction, they'd have more than enough complaining kiddies.

If it can compare to any of the Starship Trooper Roughneck Campaigns, I'll be happy. I still watch them when I'm bored and I've yet to be bored by them. If it was live action, I would hope we wouldn't have another joke like Starship Troopers 3. How is it that we went from the first which was amazing, to the second which was descent enough (with still relatively realistic bugs) to the third where the guns don't shoot and the bugs look like cutouts?

The first Bionicle film was still entertaining, hell, I watched it. The voices were nice, the CGI was true to the source material, the story was straightforward. I saw nothing terribly wrong with it.

Ultramarines will not be a blockbuster hit, it probably won't even be the best straight to DVD movie (actually, considering how terrible some of them were, I wouldn't be surprised if it's pretty high up there), but it will entertain, it will be true to source material (I hope) and I sure as hell am going to watch it.
