Castellan, made from a Sternguard model, with magnetized arms so when i get some lightning claws i can use him as a Marshall if i want. Also first try at sculpting, loin cloth/tabbard was made from green stuff. Still waiting on decals to come in the mail and then he will be complete, C&C welcome and appreciated. Marshal Hadrarius Posted August 2, 2009 Share Posted August 2, 2009 I'm afraid i'm going to have to be brutally honest... i'm getting really sick of seeing your guys beautifully painted, nicely sculpted and detailed models they just put me to shame :D On a slightly more serious note excellent job Brother! the red is a lovely deep red which really suits the dark sombre BT's and the battle damage looks great nicely done i'm modelling battle damage on my own models at the moment and am not looking forawd to having to paint it. Support By Fire Posted August 3, 2009 Author Share Posted August 3, 2009 Thanks everyone, much appreciated. @ Head Mook- I dont know where i got the idea from really, just didnt like how the combat shield looks more like a storm shield, and i didnt want it to draw to much attention to one point, so i looked through my sprues and bits and then it all just came together. Might be a good way to do a combat shield on an HQ that has Lightning Claws as well. I will update soon, and hope that i can get a new camera in the next couple months or so.
