Cpt Stahl Posted October 23, 2009 Author Share Posted October 23, 2009 Hi all, thanks for the replies. I glued two defiler hull together. The first one, I cut the rear pipes, and for the second, I cut the front claw sponsons, In order to mak an 8 legged Scorpion. Once those two hull glued together, I cut them in two parts, from the front, to the rear, in order to make him a larger body. Then I glued the main gun, from wich I removed the two weapon supports, and glued it between the two hull halfs. The whole middle was then completed with plasti-card, and on the sides I took some old IG dozer blades (the gap where filled with spikes from the CSM terminator sprue). Chronophague Posted October 25, 2009 Share Posted October 25, 2009 Neat looking scorpion, the idea of using dozer blades to cover up the sides of the body is a neat idea. Also, I'd call that a "Conversion", not a "Scratchbuild", since I can't see just about anything that was built from scratch on it. :) Got any more pics of your stuff?
