well guys, i'm currently working on 40k-ifying the fortified manor, so as soon as i get more glue, and i get it assembled and 40k-ified, i'll get some pics up.

This stuff is inspiring... almost makes me ashamed I'm ordering the Realm of Battle gameboard...

 

Anyways... love the trenches and bunkers. The desecrated stronghold is spot on, too.

To be quite frank; the ONLY piece of terrain here that I feel fit B&C policy (only power armor) would be the Chaos Stronghold taken from Dawn Of War.

So the wrecked Rhino, the destroyed Land Raider and the SM statue doesnt fit the power armour policy? :)

In a thread where it's all about posting pics of something I will most likely look more at pics rather than read.

I saw the other PA related terrain pieces a while back and forgot to mention them, my opinion still stands and to be quite frank, you tossing personal insults to "protect your thread" isn't exactly mature.....

Well its quite clear that every person on these boards has at least one power-armoured army, and I'm sure that they play their PA armies on these terrain pieces and boards. So doesn't that make them PA related?

 

This thread has set out to inspire other gamers to build their own terrain pieces. Which is a good thing IMHO, as it makes the games more colourful and interesting.

 

Are you asking if people would place a SM on there terrain to make it properly PA related?

i know this is the lazy way out, but i'm leaving the sigmar comets and saying they represent the 'sky chariots' that originally brought the Blood Angels to this planet and the manor is a shrine built on their original landing sight. (my successor chapter has a requirement that all scouts must spend a year on the planet at the shrine as an honor guard/garrison before become full-fledged battle brothers)

No plans I'm afraid. I just had the idea from the cathedral in the Cities of Death book. Thought the eagle's head and wingspan would make an imposing imperial fortress/bastion and started cutting card and foamboard.

Just an Imperial Bastion. I did a scratchbuild floor to loose the middle section and play it as some sort of bunker. Need to add the Lascanon, Comm tower and some bits. I'll promise to take new pics with some power armour over it when its done ^_^

Here is my Ultramarines fort, it is still unfinished but not by a lot, mainly the scenery around it. I had a blog here and everything but it wound up in the corner because I didn't have time for it. Hope to finish it soon.
