Ok, here's some pretty simple CD terrain pieces:

The first two were as a result of raiding my bits box of random mini's - that's the wings from a Tupelov Backfire, and some random Gundam model (I think). Plus plenty of wall filler.

 

The last two are from raiding my kids toy box! That's a wall from a Fisher Price toy kit, the barrel from a Thomas the Tank Engine, and the leaves from a Dora bath time toy!!

 

They are simple and quick to make, and I finally have a use for all those pc magazine cd's. They do add a lot of character to the battlefield too.

i know this is the lazy way out, but i'm leaving the sigmar comets and saying they represent the 'sky chariots' that originally brought the Blood Angels to this planet and the manor is a shrine built on their original landing sight. (my successor chapter has a requirement that all scouts must spend a year on the planet at the shrine as an honor guard/garrison before become full-fledged battle brothers)

Been slowly working on my own terrain collection... this is what I have so far:

I found the C-3PO head cup at Goodwill and suddenly had images of the titan head terrain from the Apoc book come to mind. So I bought it for .49 cents. Cut off the handle and plasticarded the top over, and did a bit of retouching to make it look better.

No plans I'm afraid. I just had the idea from the cathedral in the Cities of Death book. Thought the eagle's head and wingspan would make an imposing imperial fortress/bastion and started cutting card and foamboard.

Just an Imperial Bastion. I did a scratchbuild floor to loose the middle section and play it as some sort of bunker. Need to add the Lascanon, Comm tower and some bits. I'll promise to take new pics with some power armour over it when its done ^_^
