I was able to finnish updating 4 of my squads from my 10+ year old BA force. I present to you 3 tactical squads and 1 devestator squad. What have I done you ask.. I have removed as many mould lines that I missed 10 years ago that I coulld, without causing to much extra work now. I have removed baldy heads and replaced them with either new BA helms or BA heads. I have added Sculted back pack flags to the Sergeants and painted squad markings on all the models. Other than that, I have given all models a generous wash of Delvin Mud, and then bring the red back a lil with watered down Blood Red. And repainted some of the detailing. Sounds like more that it is really. But anywho.. Just goes to show a little extra work can fix something up no problem. That said you'll have a lot of work to do on the Rhinos, looking forward to the results. My wife gave birth to our first child on the 3rd of Jan 2012 :) The last couple months of her pregnancy had been quite trying for her, and so took up alot of my time. I said at the end of my last post I was re-working and restoring some vehicles. Namely two Rhinos and one Landraider I bought of ebay that where in very very poor condition. I have taken a couple progress shots of the Rhinos. But the landraider I forgot to take a picture to show how bad it was prior. I did take a couple pics of some of the pieces I had left over that I havent cleaned up fully so you can get a general idea. Some nice work on the red, something I always have to struggle with on my Templars, Throne help me if I actually tried painting whole models that color. And as for the Sig, lol. I love cats, but what you said was just far to funny and true not to sig. ;) @LuNCHBiZZLe Be my guest bud ;) If you click on the 'My WiP Thread' link in my sig, I did a step by step of the Mk1 on there. One difference on this latest one though, I actually found some plasticard with a 'grill' pattern. It was quicker and easier to make them this way, but the detail is far less prominant. So I'll reserve judgement which version I prefer until I see paint on it. But yeah, be my guest. I gain alot of inspiration from the B&C comunity, so its only fair I can give something back :) Just as a note, think I said this before. I appologise to those who I've gotten inspiration from if I haven't given due credit. I would happily do so if I could remember where I got it from.
