The pose might have been for balance while I took the picture. As soon as I get my drop pods in better shape (assembled - I'm just using the bases now for proxy), I'll come check your store, daggit. Marius Corsican Posted January 25, 2011 Author Share Posted January 25, 2011 I still have to highlight everything and paint up the doors and the interior, but it's a good start and it also seems like the hardest part with all the detail is done. I know that it looks super clean for a drop pod, but I wanted to get everything painted and then go back and spend the time adding damage/weathering/etc. I'm also thinking about adding company and squad markings to the top of the fins - white lettering over the red. Should I do it on all the fins? The flipside is when nothing shows up - it's unrelible, so I made a new list using with similar elements. Shrike, Tactical Squad x10 ML/FL in a DP, Tactical Squad x10 ML/FL in a DP, Scout Squad w/ snipers w/ Missle Launcher w/ Telion, Assault Squad x10 w/ x2 flamer & x1 PF (Shrike is here), 2 Land Speeders w/MM & HF, 2 Land Speeders w/Typhoon & HB, Dread w/ Multimelta in a DP. The only work that went to waste was the captain and the command squad, but I want to finish them and use them in larger games. I started on one of the Melta Speeders - mostly just base colors and lining. I forgot to add an Iron Halo to his jump pack, but as soon as I find one in my bitz box, I'll add it.
