igotsmeakabob!! Posted April 10, 2010 Share Posted April 10, 2010 Coming this August is RetCon, a new gaming convention taking place on Long Island. Originally there were plans for a WH:40k tournament but, because of a supposed lack of interest, the idea has been put on hold. Currently, there are plans for a few tables, perhaps an apocalypse-sized battle. Also, there may be a terrain auction (modular 2x2's). I've spoken with the organizer of the convention and he's open to the idea of adding the tournament back in.. but only if he receives enough requests to do so. If you're considering attending RetCon and would like to participate in the 40k tournament, email the organizer through the Contact Us section of their site. Make him aware of your interest!
