Do the +1A's stack?

If I take the Sanguinor who gives +1 attack to his unit, and a chapter banner which gives +1 attack to models within 6", does the squad, whether honour guard or sanguinary guard, do they get 2 extra attacks?

Lots of people will tell you to read your codex but ill say this: Sang cant join a squad and has a bubble effect that adds attacks to all models within 6 inches, the banner gives all models in the unit +1 attack and yeap they do stack.
