I'm browsing through threads and stormraven tacitca saying that its capable of Turboboosting. After reading through the dex and rule book i'm not finding anywhere that says its legal? I realize its a fast skimmer and is able to move the same as a turboboosting bike, but in regards to the +3 cover save it provides would be amazing. again sorry if its been asked, I just havent been able to find any information.
