I have a new Mephiston all ready and waiting to be painted on his nice display base and I don't what his sword looking like a power weapon or paint it plain old steel. Typical Cricket Posted May 28, 2010 Share Posted May 28, 2010 What I plan on doing, since I used one of the Space Wolf Power Swords with the runes engraved in the blade, is paint it normally, and then make it look like the runes are glowing. This might look a little off in your army though, since you're doing the lightning effect on your swords. Maybe if you used a different color of lightning? For example, blue for standard Power Swords, yellow for Relic Blades, and red for Force Weapons? Just an idea... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
