The winner (I think) was the Angel Guard but one of the runner ups was the Sons of Thor chapter. The player who created these marines combined chaos warriors (and Archeon) with Space Wolves bits to create two awesome marines and a chapter master. Many people argue that the Sons of Thor should have won the chapter master compitition instead of the Angel Guard (though the Angel Guard are cool I agree the Sons should have won) I think its funny how if you search for the Angel Guard chapter its hard to find but the Sons of Thor come up on the first page. I have never seen anyone do conversions like he did and to be honest seeing his models was a big inspiration to me back in my first few years of playing.
