TheyKilledOffTycho? Posted June 26, 2010 Share Posted June 26, 2010 Oh yes, that's the Chap(lin)! There used to be a box available in which you got him and nine or ten DC models, a real bargain. It was released before the Angels of Death Codex (which had the the BA army list) in second ed and remained available for quite some time into third ed if memory serves me. Though I think that model, because he was officially a BA Chaplain, remained on sale for a lot longer. In my mind that model exemplifies everything that was great and terrible about second ed models; his static and unnatural stance is uninspiring, but the level of detail that has gone into him is fantastic. I'm quite glad he's now going to part of my army, rather than some cursed Chaos conversion! Also, in terms of two-handed crozius's, has anyone considered converting Seth? Give him the skull featured Khorne Beserker head with the horns cut off and stick an appropriate piece in place of the eviserator and you would have a really dynamic Chaplin model!
