The Two Lost Primarchs

alpharius is the primarch of the aplha legion and according to the book legion he has a twin brother Omegon.. collectively the two 'halves' are referred to as alpharius/omegon so no they arent one of the missing primarches.

also note this 'fluff' might not be considered 'canon' by some since it appears in only one book..

In the Lightning Tower Sigismund offers to delete the records of the Renegade like they did with the ,,missing" Primarchs, and that made the Emperor laugh.

What can we gather from that? The faults of the missing Primarchs must have been much more grave or at least very different than that of the rengades.

the best theory ive heard is that the two missiong primarches (and logically thier legions) carried the pariah gene.. as soon as the Emperor realised his mistake he expunged them and the records from existance.

my own theory is that one is trapped within the webway and the other was sent back to 4000bc summoned by some ancient sorcerers (after the chaos gods sent them into the warp).. they named him the Emperor

i like that one the emperor is his own dad but h@ll it mite be true, but that 1k sons book said that they were not alound to take about about the lost 2 guys so they did at lest see them and they f-up big time. they just mite not have blow donw to the emperor and went along for the ride like all the others. and the emperor put them down to show what happens when his will is not done.

Or, that whatever the two Lost Primarchs did, they accepted their censure and didn't/don't represent an active threat to the Imperium, something the Traitor Legions definitely are. So records of the Traitors might have been retained for enemy identification purposes/examples that no one should be above suspicion, while the records of the Lost (and staying that) Primarchs can be safely expunged.

It's important to remember that most Imperial citizens aren't aware of the forces of Chaos, at least their true nature. It is even likely many do not even know that Marines can go traitor.

But I do agree that the fact there is knowledge of the traitors from the Heresy points to the fact there is a parrallell to the events that effected the 2 missing Legions.

I would disagree, most Primarchs are shocked to the bone to hear of Treachery of their brothers, even of the traitors before they go traitor. Would that happen, if 2 of their brother already went this way?

Sorry, what are disagreeing with? I'm saying the fate of the 2 missing Primarchs was parrellel, as in not crossing over into the same territory as that of the Heresy traitors.

When used in this context, parallel normally means "along the same lines", ie similar.
