The Prophet
I started this project in 2008, and have built and painted on and off between other miniatures for my host of Word Bearers. This summer I sacrificed my vacation to finally have it ready for a game of Apocalypse. It's been a frustrating work at times, but now when it's finally done, I think it might be worth it. Overall I'm quite happy with the results, though somethings I should have done differently or more careful had I redone them (which I will not...). But what do you guys think? If you are interested in the WIP, check out this video Thanks for watching! - The Prophet

WarriorFish
Incredible! The attention to detail and the insides along with how well thought out it is makes all the difference! Of course a good paint job is the icing on the cake. Excellent work! :)

The Prophet
Looks great! What kind of rules are you going to field that thing with? Thanks! I was thinking you could help me with that, here's a thread about it: What Rules? I was thinking maybe making a baneblade variant of it. What do you think? The Prophet
Awesome! You actually finished it! Good job! A really awesome idea and a great convertion! But is it a convertable? Does the top come off? /Björn Haha, actually it almost has fewer magnets than a terminator! I can remove the tower (to allow for transport), but the roof stays on. I can take away the magma cannon and the havoc launchers if they are destroyed during game, or replace the magma cannon to any other baneblade variant main cannon. Two of the chaos crosses are magnetized too, so I can turn them and secretly keep track of any structure point losses. The standard bearer can be taken off and he has a base of his own when he wants to park the vehicle and go somewhere else. The books on the front are removable as well. Other than that, I don't remember having put any other magnets on. But you never know ;)

Hubernator
Neato ;) First thing that came to mind was the raider from the Cosmic Space Knights :) Very good work.
Dragonkin Arenis
omg that's just EPIC! :) No, I think you'll find it's 28mm (Warhammer 40'000 to the rest of us) ;) But yeah. I have a feeling that some Chaplains/Commissars would have a hard time yelling and screaming over the unholy prayers and hymms from that thing. I've got an image in my head of a number of Cultists and Chaos Marines being led in prayer to the Chaos Gods by a Dark Prophet XD Great job ;) Arenis

firestorm40k
Magnificent :) I think my favourite part is the frieze at the back, the way you've incorporated daemon and spawn bits is seemless and sublime B)
Anointed Warrior
What does the latin say? Oh and the view inside the church with the light coming through the window...Beautiful.
mitchell93
What does the latin say? Oh and the view inside the church with the light coming through the window...Beautiful. I know Vox means voice but thats mainly due to Vox populi by Kings of leon (voice of the people) and the vox casters that guard use, but I too am interested in the name. I looks great by the way. The Prophet
Thanks guys! What does the latin say? Oh and the view inside the church with the light coming through the window...Beautiful. The latin can have a few meanings, but the two most important ones are: "The Voice of the Gods slays the heretics" (The name of the church itself is The Voice of the Gods)
