Darius Macab Posted August 30, 2010 Share Posted August 30, 2010 several people have suggested using SoB rules for an Adeptus Mechanicus army here is what i have come up with so far HQ Inquisitor Lord (Magos) (45) Rosarius (25) Stormbolter (10) Eviscerator (25) Bionics (10) Digital Weapons (10) Retinue Acolyte Carapace armour Power Weapon Acolyte Carapace armour Power Weapon Crusader Chirurgion Chimera multi laser heavy bolter Cannoness Power Armour Bolter Eviscerator Elites 9 Celestians Frag and Krak Grenades Veteran Superior w Eviscerator Rhino 1 Priest Plasma gun Bolt Pistol 2 Arcoflagelents Troops 10 Sisters of Battle Veteran Superior w eviscerator 2 meltaguns Rhino 10 Sisters of Battle Veteran Superior w eviscerator 2 meltaguns Rhino 10 Inquisitorial storm troopers Veteran w Eviscerator meltagun Plasmagun Chimera w multi laser and heavy bolter Total 1496 Faith Points 5 my basic idea is this, the Skitarii will be based on guardsmen torsos possibly with some extra armour and bionics, thinking about using mk III armour torsoes for the Celestians. what do you guys think about this idea? I too intend on using the Witch Hunters codex for my pending AdMech force, though I am shying away from using the Sisters and concentrating on the Stormtroopers for my Skitarii and fielding a lot of Penitent Engines for my stand-ins for Secutors.
