I'm Blood angels and he is Chaos Space Marines. Could anyone from either side of this question give any incite to the matter. for the record, I believe it's the emperor. Brother Tyler Posted December 5, 2010 Share Posted December 5, 2010 There's no debate. The Emperor is the emperor. With the Imperial Cult, he is deified as the God Emperor. Horus sought to overthrow the Emperor and take his stead, so those that have turned to Chaos often call the Emperor the "False Emperor" or other similarly denigrating epithets. And since Horus is D-E-D dead, as opposed to the Emperor who is (just) mortally wounded and dying, but sustained by the Golden Throne and the regular sacrifice of psykers to feed his energy, any claims that Horus may have made are now moot.
