pnave01
I'll start of by apologizing if this is posted in the wrong thread. I have for a while now been making some green stuff molds, I was wondering what people use to put in the mold to actually make the piece. I am looking for a product that i can mix-up than pour it into the mold, i think that will get me better results than the green stuff i've been using. Thanks for any help that can be provided. chromedog
Two part polyurethane resin. Alumilite, Smooth-on, several other companies have them. Get a mould release spray as well (or just use regular talc. A light dusting before making your cast will help with removal). For clear parts, I use an acrylic resin (and a pressure pot).
