Usually I'm only in the Blood Angels forum, but one of my friends who plays with an Nurgle army let me paint one of them (mainly because the Plaguebearer I painted (at the sword of a Grey Knight) looked quite well). So.. I've also never been a fan of static grass so I think that if you used less of it, maybe added some rocks or patches of dirt/rock, then it would look much better.
