Just as a little about myself; I've been in the Warhammer hobby for about 9-10 years now, although I started out with Warhammer Fantasy and moved into 40k by way of the Orks. Marines are actually a relatively recent thing for me, I started a small Black Templar force for an escalation league last year and haven't looked back since. While I enjoy the robes, tabards and assorted Templary frippery, I'm thinking of moving to the 'vanilla' Codex to do an army of my DIY Chapter, the Heralds of Ultramar ( guess who they're founded from :) ). I'm a pretty slow painter by nature; despite being in the hobby for quite a while I have few painted models and no fully painted armies. That said though, I love building and coverting models, particularly the ever-versatile Space Marine kits. You'll probably see me hanging around the modelling boards a fair bit.
