This will be my second of perhaps three entries, also to show I'm not forgetting about my Word Bearers. Here is my second Dark Disciple Asphyxia 'He Who Bears the Flame' While in game terms, he can count as a Dark Apostle with the Burning Brand of Skalathrax, I will most likely be using this guy as the leader of my Purgator Squads, (Chosen with all Flamers) It fits, really.

 

Death to the living....

 

The flame has no living heart....

Nice one Hellchyld!!!! That helm seems to be the go-to for Chaplains. The torso, is it from the IW upgrade pack? I've haven't seen it much, it looks ace on that Chappie.

used chaos bits for head and torso, death company for legs and right arm, sanguine guard for left with siccy's back banner and pack wth the gray knights power stave from just above the hand and a custome pad for the chapter thats being cast for war eagle for the build. standard cork basing. might add some sand later as it still seems a little plain at the moment but wanted a no nonsence come get it chaplin with minor decoration. writing up some fluff to why he has the little adornments on his armour plus the cord on his right arm. when he's painted I'll be posting him and it in War Eagle's eagles eternal wip thread. plus i noticed a few mold lines i missed so those need removed and the bolter drilled....

I need to have my name changed to war eagle it seems lol. That cord should be some kid of chaplain thing cause mine has it too. What's that thing sticking out of the bolter? Some kind of ammo drum?

Wow, after seeing everyone else's pics I should of put more effort in!
 

Oh, and the back pack is my version of the 'Porta-Rack' a special issue wargear item, pretty fluffy for an Interrogator Chaplain called 'Vassago' (a fallen angel who discovers all things hidden or lost).

Was lots of fun to build, parts including DV Chappy head, Sevrin Loth Honorguard torso, 'tweaked to a run' Sanguinary Guard legs, Death Co left arm, Devastator Sgt Right. Crozius was custom from a maruader flail (hook on his belt!) and a banner top. Back pack is an old with an iron halo taken from a Baal Pred of all places.

Great challenge Jono thumbsup.gif , I had lots of fun and filled a gap in my army (pf chappy ftw devil.gif )
