A lot of really great entries here, good luck judging Grotsmasha!

I am pretty happy to have gotten back in the saddle though after so long away from the hobby. Anyway, I blabber.

Proud to present, Chaplain Ordro of the Iron Champions (some bits are blu-tac-ed on for ease of painting):

I've been getting a lot of inspiration from this thread and managed to bash together another one. Entry number two for Graz, an up-scaled Nurgle DA with Burning Brand.

So many cool chaplains! This thread is definitely inspiring to say the least.

I present Mystic Chaplain Dro'ba (Interrogator-chaplain) of the Guardians of Silence chapter:

I didn't have any spare skull helmets or any skulls large enough to make a helmet, so I did my best to sculpt one. Not too sure how I feel about it as of yet, but so far I've just been getting the basecoats done so he's pretty rough around the edges. I used DW Knight bits and Land Raider bits (just a few). Hope you guys enjoy!

* Just did a quick reread of the rules and realized painting is a no go. So I'll have to wait until tomorrow when i get off work to fix my post I apologize. I think I have cell phone pics of before I primed, we'll see :-/

I present to you Khallax Rav, Dark Apostle of Khorne:

He was cobbled together from the DV librarian, a berserker helm, various CSM bits, and CSM terminator power maul arm...and green stuff.

Loving the work shared here.  Inspiring stuff, gentlemen.

In just under the wire. Time well-spent, IMO.

Synod-Marshal Hector Mord, Master of Sanctity to the Sentinels (counts-as Thulsa Kane):

Enjoy!

Wow, 3 quick entries!!!

@ RedInventer: Good job on the skull helm.

@ Kal-Elvis: Excellent job chaosifying the DV libby.

@ Disruptor_fe404: That's a realky cool mix of bits there, cool use of the AoBR Captain torso.

Cheers,

Jono

@Grot: Thanks, I'm not great at sculpting green stuff quite yet but I try! Sorry for getting a little over zealous by painting him a bit. I quite literally forgot to take any pics of him before I primed him >.<

@deathspecter: Yeah I sculpted it, first attempt at a skull let alone using a terminator helm as the base. I think with some more detailed painting I'll make it look pretty sweet. And the crozius was fun, I was like hmmmm, chaplains are avatars of the hateful imperial religion and inspire their brothers with their ferocity so this guy needs a big ol' clobbering stick... :)

I have a Chappie with that head also!! Very nice GS work on the cloth, whenever I try it I rage quit. Trying to place those legs, Tyberos the Red Wake? and the Crozius head, no idea on that one. Really cool chappie you have there dude.

Cheers,

Jono
