It’s just that the lore and color schemes of Krieg themselves aren’t for me. Warhammer TV exclusive mini still under film and Servitors painted top. I will just have to harmonize basing and I will reach the required amount of minis for 2 Inquisitorial Henchmen suites and the Inquisitor himself. For a few bucks I made playable again my DW force... I can therefore claim that I have completed a New Year New army pledge (recycling mode) in less than 1 month and for less than 80 USD total investment in 2026... Impressive this capacity of mine for self conviction! Evil Eye Posted February 8 Share Posted February 8 TITHI went a bit nuts and kitbashed a resin Deredeo Dreadnought body (acquired from eBay) into a count-as Ironclad Dreadnought, to be backported into 4th edition (it debuted in 5th but it can more or less work ported over as-is). The shoulders were engineered from the plastic Deredeo shoulder joints, with Land Raider gun shields, styrene tubing, Bandai sprue and Firestrike Turret feet making the pauldrons. The lower arms are of course Contemptor forearms connected onto the shoulders via sawn off Chimera lasgun port shrouds (yes, really). The left arm has a Venerable Dreadnought fist and a Chaos smoke launcher to rep the assault launchers, whilst the right has the Contemptot fist gripping the counts-as seismic hammer in the form of a flail made from styrene tubing, assorted bitz box doodads and a very, very old 3D printed part I designed myself back in the Shapeways days for something totally different (hence the honestly rather nifty forged metal texture; it was made using SLS printing!). The hunter-killer missiles are from IG vehicle sprues, the force-field generator, smoke launcher and searchlight from the Malcador, the meltagun from the combi-weapon from the Battle Sister squad, and a few detail bits from the Venerable Dreadnought kit. The donor of the shoulder joints is also getting some TLC as a Chaos Dreadnought; he is much more WIP though.
