I did have a little problem with wash, some of the cravisis where white after the black wash, someone got an idea how that happens?

As for Arjac the miscast, he looked good at first but when i started painting him, his whole teleporter device on his arm is just a lump of lump, and part of the cables to his shield are just missing, his face is a mess, this finecast is bad, I always thought what's the complaint but it can be as bad as some people say it is

There are 11 rune stones in total on the model. Approximately 10 times the number you'll find on the average SW model. I'd say that qualifies him!

Right it's taken about two weeks for them to arrive but I finally have everything required to create my Logan Grimnar and Arjac Rockfist models :D -

Mactire here reporting in with second vow completed. Thats it from me, going on holidays tomorrow big thanks to the missus for letting me work all day to finish .

Anyway here we go with pics,

completed vow WGBL with fen wolves, 10 x WG (7 x pa, 3 x tda) & 8 fen wolves.

All WG have wolf helm heads, those in PA have the wolf cloak from the upgrade sprue and the twin wolf chest to represent erik morkais GC.

That's 190 points; Storm Shield, Powerfist, and Saga of the Bear (represented by the tattered and frequently repaired cloak, a relic tracing back many generations of space wolves that has always survived in at least a small fragment, in spite of meltaguns, flamers, and, in one memorable case, an exploding Gargant).

Erm ... As on track as I can be. Been painting since 7:00 am, just having a quick brew break and then back on to painting some more. All the SW's are now grey and all the metal bits have had a coat of silver. Going to block in all the brown and red bits ready for the washes.

Hopefully I can get this done before needing to go and do some shopping with the wife. As long as I get that target done the washes should be dry before I'm back and I can continue painting. If I can't get it done for then I'm going to be waiting around for washes to dry later on which will waist more time.

O ... And I'm not doing the basing on these during the ETL ... Not enough time!!!

Though I'd have plenty of time to get this vow done but real life got in the way of the hobby.

Yes keep at it guys - a LA super vow of 5k pts just dropped out so anything is possible. You're now at 15k but you need double that... This implies a very large completion rate - but you knew it would come to this.... Let's see some competions guys! ;)
