Neophytes look good too and somehow I love the gold painted chest eagles, 'normal' GW gold? Das Bee Posted June 22, 2013 Author Share Posted June 22, 2013 Thanks, brothers! Its not actually GW gold on the neos, some stuff called Game Color that I picked up years ago. I did a base coat of brown under it too, which seems to give a pretty decent shadow for the recesses. For the faces I did a basecoat of scorched brown and applied layers mixed with more and more bleached bone on top of it (letting some of the darker colors show through as necessary). Also the 2 neos without static grass was intentional :p I thought it might mix things up a bit, but maybe it actually looks kinda weird? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
