OK, the Brethren has spoken. I am going to sculpt a dragon crest. I MAY do some teeth on the face as well. for the shield, I am going custom. a full build. probably a Roman Scuta style with round edges.

 

then I have two routes I can take;

 

1. A dragon scale relief sculpt.

 

2. A sculpted Drake hide attached to the shield face.

 

so it's kinda an unofficial vote!

 well, It seems my time in the hobby has come to pass for now. a HUGE real life issue that could be a total life game changer has happened. I am in way to much pain and distress to continue on. maybe I'll come back in a while, maybe not. but all I know for now is that I must focus on salvaging my life, or what's of it anyways. I will miss the friends I have gained through these forums and the inspiration I have gained. but I must go, I can't even bring myself to eat as of now. 

 

 so it's with a heavy heart that I am signing off. maybe forever, maybe not. I will have to see.
