Marshal Reinhard
Why yes. Yes, this will indeed be my next project. While my mind was pretty much made up already, this has sealed the deal. And yes, you can continue to makes vows until the ETL itself ends. Now excuse me while I plan a squad Metic and Ciler 2 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/280146-leviticus-crusade-cm-furious/page/2/#findComment-4107875 Share on other sites

Chapter Master Furious
Hey fellow Crusader Today i announce my first (and rather small) ETL Vow submission. In my first Vow, I aim to complete 1 High Marshal Helbrecht 1 Vindicator Like I mentioned it is quite a small Vow, but i hope to put out more Vows in the future, whether they're smaller or bigger ones! thanks again and look forward to more updates! Chapter Master Furious
Behold the righteous power of the God- Emperor! Decided i needed a bit more ZEAL in my posts, so why not start with my Finished Vindicator! this was a awesome paint job and build and i'm seriously satisfied with the end result. Just looking at that Cannon makes me want to roll it out onto the battlefield for my next game! Also happy that the first half of my ETL is finished, and not just saving the best for last. look forward to more updates and ZEAL! Firepower
Good, thin highlights. Unfortunately, you may have noticed that the GW black paint isn't an exact match to the primer. Places where you cleaned up decals stick out like sore thumbs, especially the rather thick coating you did around the cross on the shield. Not much you can do to fix it as far as I can see, but something to keep in mind for future works. You may want to consider the occasional splash of color, too. Typically, a simple white panel here and there does a great job of making the black really pop, rather than blur together as a single brick with a few tiny gubs. Keep on trucking. Every point counts for the ETL :tu: Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/280146-leviticus-crusade-cm-furious/page/2/#findComment-4119014 Share on other sites
Chapter Master Furious
@Firepower Thanks for the comments! ya i considered ard coating the whole dozer blade to make it match, and now that i think about it i will add additional colour it did seem a tad blurred as you mentioned. Hopefully in the near future i'll be adding more to my Crusade to round it off to 4000 pts (currently at 3870 pts). thanks again for all the comments! and look forward to more progress Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/280146-leviticus-crusade-cm-furious/page/2/#findComment-4119325 Share on other sites
Chapter Master Furious
hello all I have been away for quite awhile, but i finally got High Marshal Helbrecht done and (hopefully) counted towards my ETL Since this model was Finecast, there were some difficulties that came out on the model which made painting some particular details a bit of a challenge, in this case being the eye's, where i just had to resort to just leaving it as is, but besides that the model was a blast to paint. looking forward to your comments. Chapter Master Furious
Greeting Fellow Crusading Brethren its been sometime since ive added any additional units to the Crusade, but fear not as new reinforcements have landed and are being preped for Painting! First I got this plain Mrk IV Dreadnought for a seal! with both arms as well. Though he is looking alittle under- garnished, ill let him sit for a few days just to see what other kinds of ornimentation i can add (if anyone has suggestions please leave them!) also I got a brand-new Landraider as well! also got this model for a steal ($65 CAD) Was super exicted to use those FW doors! they definitely add to the model as a whole, also the Brass was also a nice addition as well. anyways hopefully will be getting these model painted up soon! Firepower
As a heads up, some of those brass icons don't seem to be fully flush with the surface, like the cross on the Dread's back. That's something you'll regret when it comes time to paint. Sharp raised brass edges are not nice to your brushes, and really stand out once colored in. That said, it's kind of tricky to get them flattened out once already glued on. You'll have to very carefully slip very small amounts of glue underneath the raised edges. Very easy to make a mess doing this, so if you do, take your time and be ready to scrape off missed dabs. Chapter Master Furious
Greetings Fellow Crusading Brethren Just coming to you with a quick update on new units for my Crusade. I've added 5 additional Thunder Hammer Terminators (making 10 all together). I thought i might as well, since these guys are tough as nails and live through anything, and make a great high point game unit for my Thunder hammer/ Shield Eternal Marshal. Love how these guys turned out, and happy to see these guys formed up with the rest of there squad. thanks for looking and look forward to future updates regards CM Furious Marshal_Roujakis 1 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/280146-leviticus-crusade-cm-furious/page/2/#findComment-4566844 Share on other sites
Chapter Master Furious
Greeting Brothers. after a long time gone on crusade, I've come back with an awesome project I've been working on for the last couple of weeks. behold, Marshal Thalhaiden in Cataphractii Armour! I am beyond please with how Thalhaiden came out, taking my time, easing into each detail, truly made the model. One thing that I'm glad worked out was the pose. initially, I thought the shield raised would be awkward, but after slapping on some paint, the pose is nice and dynamic, and gives the model a lot of movement. Overall, super happy with him, and now i have marshal with a +2 and ++4 save Now, with Thalhaiden done, my next (hopefully few) projects will be centered on some Primaris units, with will bring my crusade nicely (I feel) into 8th edition CM Furious Edited November 22, 2017 by Chapter Master Furious DarkCrusader93, Marshal_Roujakis, The Spanish Inquisitor and 6 others 9 Back to top Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/280146-leviticus-crusade-cm-furious/page/2/#findComment-4937675 Share on other sites
