matb_johns Posted October 10, 2013 Share Posted October 10, 2013 hi all, my first 30k list thinking of going world eaters, but not sure at the minute anyhow here it is help is very much appreciated list will mainly be fronting up to 40k lists with no more that 1 flyer in an army HQ Praetor with cataphracti armour, volkite charger, paragon blade and digital lasers (orbital assault tacs) Primus medicae with cataphracti armour & volkite charger both guys to go in the term squad for deepstriking goodness Elites 10x cataphracti terms 2x p/blaster, 8 volkite chargers, 2x c/fist, gren harness and p/axes on rest 2x apothercaries with augury scanners 1 in each tac squad 3x laser destroyer batteries for a/tank duties 1x comptemptor dread with 2x kheres a/cannons for AA snap shooting & supporting tac squads mid-field Troops 20 x tac marines 19x c/axe, nuncio vox, vexilla, serg with p/axe, articifer and m/bombs 20 x tac marines 19x c/axe, nuncio vox, vexilla, serg with p/axe, articifer and m/bombs to sit in mid-field and work way into rapid fire range then assaulting fun FA 2x landspeeders with MM for a/tank duties may go in reserve Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

depthcharge12 Posted October 11, 2013 Share Posted October 11, 2013 Uhm if they use the orbital drop rule they need to use the drop pods, and squads that can take rhinos may take drop pods as dedicated transports. I think in the second part of the rules it says all units must use drop pods to deploy unless they already have the deep strike rule, then they can deploy normally Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
