The Eternal Legion - WIP

I had posted my idea for this chapter eons ago under the name "Angel Kings" and abandoned it, only to bring it back later as the Eternal Legion.  Some friends and I have been tinkering with it for quite some time and we managed to put together a rough (and highly incomplete) codex-style pdf.

I'm most interested on your thoughts about the first part of the codex, namely the fluff.  Ignore the battle history and the rules section for now, that'll come later, but if you have some ideas, I'd be glad to hear it.  The people on dA don't seem to care that much or are complete nincompoops that no one should ever have to deal with.  I've been directed here several times by others so I figured its about time I did.

 

One other thing I've been thinking about is to ditch their roman theme and find something else, but I can't think of anything better.

On a side note: I've been looking for the B&C Marine painter that allows you to swap out weapons and parts on your marine, did that get taken down or am I looking in the wrong place?

No, that painter's still around. People keep using it all the time, even though the colours look worse.

I can't seem to get links to work at the minute though, so all I can suggest is try looking for Version 5 of the painter. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
