I made this list while in class as a starter using the head of the gorgon and what I have available to me, so it may not work. 2,002 pts ROW: Head of the Gorgon HQ: Legion Preator ( Cataphraci Armor, Combi melta, Chain Fist, Cyber Familiar) Command: Terminator Command squad ( 4 veterans, x3 power fists, x1 Heavy Flamer, Thunderhammer on Standard Bearer. -Land Raider Phobos Dedicated transport HQ 2: Centurion Castrmen (stationed in Sicaran) Troop 1: Legion Tactical squad ( ten men, Artificer armor and heavy chainsword on sergeant, Legion Vexilla) Dedicated Transport: Rhino Troop 2: Legion Tactical squad ( ten men, Artificer armor and heavy chainsword on sergeant, Legion Vexilla) Dedicated Transport: Rhino Elite 1: Legion Dreadnought (x2 autocannons) Elite 2: Legion Dreadnought (Flamestorm Cannon, Drop pod) Fast Attack: x2 Javelin Speeders Heavy Support 1: Legion Predator Executioner (machine spirit) Heavy Support 2: Legion Sicaran (lascannon sponsons, dozerblade) -Castrmen commanding tank All vehicles have blessed Autocimulacara I tried to have the right amount of anti-tank as I know my opponent will have a ton of vehicles and armor, while still having some nice anti-infantry. Maybe a Grav Gauntlet on the praetor as well. I'm already Strapped for points with fitting everything in, and I thought I had enough Anti-Tank! I have 4 Str8 shots from the speeders, two lascannons from the land raider, and 4 str 7 shots from the Mortis dread. Is that really light in 30k? Memento Of Prospero Posted December 2, 2015 Share Posted December 2, 2015 Riflemen dreads and non sunder/tank hunter missile launchers are very weak in the heresy, as the armour values tend to skew hard. Swap the heavy chainsword for meltas bombs. If you own thunderfire cannons, they can be used as rapiers as well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What can deal with that then? And I only have one thunderfire cannon but Would like to use two of them, so I'm kinda stuck there. And since I'm fighting world eaters I hesitate to get rid of my CCW's for that squad but it may be prudent. Head of the Gorgon Iron Hands Praetor w/ Experienced, Paragon Blade, Iron Halo Master of Signal w/ Experienced, Artificer Armour 10 Tactical Marines Rhino 10 Tactical Marines Rhino 1 Apothecary w/ Artificer Armour 8 Gorgons w/ 2 Chain Fist 1 Castellax w/ Darkfire Cannon, 2 Flamers 9 Heavy Support w/ 8 Lascannons, Serg w/ Nuncio Vox, Artificer Armour Vindicator Vindicator Glaive w/ Quad Lascannons Aegis Defense Line w/ Ammo Dump The Apothecary and MoS goes with the lascannon team and sits around the ammo dump. Glaive sits behind aegis with the Castellax and lascannon team, Gorgons advance up a flank or sit with the home team if enemy has a strong assault force and the tanks all outflank. So unless you've cleared it with your gaming group, that needs to go.
