A few folks may have noticed the blue backdrop in new pics, which gives a lot less clutter and doesn't confuse my poor, dollarstore camera. Now, I'm just trying to figure out the exact positions and intensity of light to make sure things don't get all washed out from glare. It's *way* more complicated than I had originally imagined. Also, I spent almost as much time on those damn poofy shirt sleeves than the whole rest of the victim. You can actually tell what they look like. Also the first to have his bodyguard/attack dog finished before him. I have a *lot* of characters. Maybe I should make up a dramatis personae? Anywho, the three "kings" of the 28th with their seconds: 1.) For the Tribesmen and underhivers: Seravok Sar'keth the "Bladeborn" and Raug Heart Eater. 2.) For the High-hive nobility: Jhadek Redcrow the "Crowbringer" and Kadrock Crogan. 3.) For the Ironclad Midnight of the Atramentar: He'ghan the "Iron Night" and Vaugun Wreave. Night Lords (and Curze in particular) are sometimes called as batman gone bad, and Heart Eater is the very image of that. I can see him crouching at the top of a building just like Christian Bale's Bataman, only with the blood drenched lightning claw and the mutilated body in the other hand... Oh, darn it... except for some snow Anywho, what do we think? I feel like I'm *finally* getting the hang of this pic taking business. But for the model itself, I neatened up a few highlights and his terror marking. I also added a few red accents to break up all that blue. @ Telhdrat - Thanks! That does make a good image. I always liked the broken nobility aspect of the Nightlords in general. My first idea for imagery comes from Resident Evil. Specifically Leon S.
