Codex: =][= Henchmen, what type of warbands are you taking?

I'm thinking as a branching point currently:

 

Inquisition Primary

 

OX Inq, Grenades

OX Inq, Grenades

 

Henchmen Band: x2 Min. Priest w/meltabombs, x3 Crusader, x6 DCA, LRR, MM

Henchmen Band: x2 Min. Priest w/meltabombs, x3 Crusader, x6 DCA, LRR, MM

Henchmen Band: x2 Min. Priest w/meltabombs, x4 Crusader, x6 DCA, LRR, MM

 

Dark Angels Allies

 

Librarian on Bike, 4++ bubble

 

Sniper Scouts

 

Total: 1645

 

 

The LRR make a spearhead/triangular formation as close as possible, leaving a gap in the center for the Librarian to give them all a 4++. The snipers snipe. With 355 more points you can add in psymera bunkers for more scoring/fire support, a Valkyrie or two etc.

Question on Henchmen Warbands with Coteaz. The Inquisition Codex says:

 

 

Lord of Formosa: If an Inquisitorial detachment includes Inquisitor Coteaz, all units of Inquisitorial Henchmen Warbands in the same detachment are scoring units, even if they are not from your primary detachment.

 

Does this count even if I take them as allies to a codex that they are Desperate Allies with? Seems to be a Codex>Rulebook issue.
