Cool looking army :) , im also a big fan of putting extra equipment on the models, grenades, pouches etc, i really like the extra flamer canisters that one dude is carrying around, havent seen that done before

Thanks BattleBrotherJohn . VetSgt Amowts 2nd Sqd 2ndco.so far he is the only member of 2nd sqd I made him up for a Kill Team game.Normally I do not play with un-painted models he was the sole survivor of his team but provided the killing blow to Cmdr farsight .

Great pics deathspectersgt, as a fellow son of Dorn, I've been pondering over the Hammers as they have a pretty interesting background and a striking color scheme that I thought was great, although I think I might hybridize the color scheme of my own force, using orange for the ceramite and brass for the metal trim, I think it'll come out looking quite awesome. ^_^

And trying to paint/model with a broken wrist - that is dedication ( Dorn would be proud of you ).

 

Just to ask - do you know if custom mini's is still making shoulder pads ? Seeing them on your figs has me thinking about creating a Hammers strike force of my own.

BattleBrotherJohn yes they do they added some new stuff not to long ago. On the the right shoulder is a tactical arrow pad they do squad marking pads for those of us who are not very good at freehand.

Useful to know about the squad shoulder pads - Dorned if I would know how to repaint decals the right colour ( and putting black decals onto black background - there is an exercise in frustration ! ) .
