OK the Vindis were out of place.. so with roughly 20% of the points up for the taking, what should be added? Another Vet or maybe Termie squad? Or add another Tactical?

Orbital Assault RoW prevents you from taking any units that cannot deep strike (either by having the rule themselves or by having a transport with that rule).  As such, your Vindi's are not eligible choices for this army.  Nuncio voxii also would not help them at all, as it only allows you to draw LoS for barrage weapons (not for any blast weapon). 

Terminators with those vicious lightning claws and maybe a plasma blaster and some volkite chargers for some flavor? Deepstrike in, launch off a vicious salvo and go to town!

You could also equip 3 of the terminators with combi-flamers for that whole burn down their idols type of thing and have the heavy flamer to boot. Sergeant with a wrist mounted flamer and lightning claw? So Gfurious.giffurious.gifD!!!!!

I was thinking, maybe lose the Diabolist (who cannot take Termie armour and hence I have an issue deploying him), and beef up the Vets to 10 with a couple of power weapons more and add another 5 strong Termie squad and rise the Command Squad to 5 as well... On back of the envelope calculations this will release more than 550pts (as the deletion of the Diabolist would mean the deletion of the Dark Channelling upgrades too....)  

 

I'll revisit and decide...
