"The Symphony of Pain" - An Emperor's Children Warband

Thanks guys and that bison video was epic! So I have been working on one of my bikers trying to nail down the paint scheme. It's still work in progress for sure but i figured mine as well let people see what its looking like so far. I'm a little disappointed in the way the faces on the sides of the front armor plates came out . I was still working out colors and design but that is why I started out on a normal "kill me first" guy. Also still waiting on some paints and pigments from the warstore so the gold hasn't been inked and highlighted...well lets just say there is things to be done on him still lol. oh and yea I hear you forte on the beads. I just didn't care for the look of beads that people stuck on that stuck over half way out so I tried to recess them a bit and went a little to far lol.

Oh and it figures the first guy I go to paint  Is the guy who has a giant gap in the back. I wrote myself a note to fill it and didn't think about it again. My plan is to just lay a tiny bit more flayed skin to cover it so shouldn't be to hard to fix.

Anyways Thanks for looking and I'll try to finish this guy up as soon as possible barring any shipping delays on my paints. Plus I'm going to try and get a better lighting setup. so I apologize for the semi washed out photos it was bugging me the whole damn time!

Those are looking pretty darn cool. Looks like your first biker is off to a great start!

I would like to see a little more green. It's such a great spot color on the Children, and you've made it look really good on the few small bits it shows.

So on the photo above I used some gloss varnish with a blood mixture on the opposite side of the skin hanging off the back of the banner for that freshly skinned look. Brutal.

I think the bike squad looks fantastic, but I wonder if the screaming bike faces wouldn't be better served by using a medium like Humbrol Clear to bring the metals up to a glass like shine and transparency -- as if stuck behind a creepy mirror.

"Hey guys I don't feel like talking much, so here's some painted gorgeousness." Brilliant!

Glad to see you back on it, buddy. These look phenomenal.
