Coven of the Turtured Aquila

I'm using the Dystopian legion Teutonic knights as the basis for my Obliterators, fluff wise who are a cross between cannon ones and mystics/sorcerers/techmaines who contracted the obliterator virus and attempted to control it.
Only problem is they are flipping huge and I need to think of ways to make them look more 40k, using terminator arms, marine heads and possibly using green stuff and carving to make the chest and stomach armour look like Mk III.
Any ideas?

love the idea of teutonic marines. cept they have to have swords or something or they are not teutonic XD anyway yea those guys are monstrosities right now!

You only get one of the winged helmet so I was going to do him as fallen angel as there is a real Teutonic vibe from the Horus heresy artwork of the dark angels, I'm thinking of doing each member from a different legion, was thinking alpha legion for the other one, not sure about the third.
There  may be a bit too big, but they are described as towering over terminators so it works :P

hmmm interesting. so what exactly is this Coven? that might help us get a better idea of what your going for and help you with modelling ideas

The idea is it is a Obliterator cult who contracted the virus but did not wish to lose them selves to it, so sought aid from dark mechanicus and sorcerers, eventually the the Sorcerer or my warband was able to do something, but required specialist armour.
One is a Salazar Goethe, a fallen angel who believes Johnson was responsible for Caliban's destruction.

One is an Alpha legionnaire, not sure on who the third will be, possibly an iron warrior or an Emperor's child.
Visually, I'm thinking a cross between obliterators cataphract plate, in Goethe's place with a Gothic/Teutonic vibe/
