Truth is my weapon

Nicely written. Nothing new here.

Maybe we could see an AL plot that doesn't involve The capture / kamikaze of the operative?

We get by now that they are willing to go this length. At least it's not as moustache swirling and sloppily in OP as "Deliverance Lost"

But then Espionage / Black OPs Stories are hard (the so named FPS titles are perfect examples of bad, B movie Plots here - but I am rambling)

C'mon, get the spoilers out!

There is nothing to this story. I may have missed the point.

A Inquisitor's henchman is interrogating an alpha legionnaire recently caught in a failed uprising. Alpharius somehow knows the henchman's name and life story. The henchman kills the AL, after deducing that his master (an actual Inq) is affiliated with AL. The henchmen becomes a Inq himself and captures his master, interrogates and kills him also. No answers are provided to any questions. Like why the henchman's master affiliated himself with AL, why the Legionnaire knew all about him. Why anything even happened. Seemed pointless. No characters were interesting. the exchanges between Alpahrius and the henchman are poor and lacking the charming malevolence you would expect.

The only good point is the Alpha legion is a proper traitor. Not a loyalist in disguise.

I apologise to the author if he ever reads this but I give it a 1/10. I should note I am especially harsh with these books.
