To be honest I think Bonnie Tyler said it best

 

He's gotta be strong

And he's gotta be fast

And he's gotta be fresh from the fight

 

Russ should look like he moving from one fight to the next striding forward his sword raised ready to strike, Freki & Greki running beside.  Definately no diarrhearama with magnus.  Maybe one eye can be cast in two pieces melting in to the ground as so far he hasn't done much in the heresy apart from screwing up the big E's plans and getting beat down.  Although it seems likely that FW will do something daft with the pair of them.

 

As for the rest I'm not that fussed I haven't thought much of the current crop of primarchs that have been released so I haven't got much hope for them. 

 

Dorn could be hiding leaning on his sword surveying the fighting on Terra.

Sang & Corax should be in flight.

Guillman could come with a group of alpha legionnaires or grasping Matt Ward's head and looking at him in disgust. 

Vulcan and Curze could be having a discussion about comparative morality as that it there most memorable contribution to the heresy so far (maybe with Nick Kyne looming over them). 

Lionelo should be holding his sowrd above his head in the thundercats pose. 

Allpharius/Omegon shouldn't be represented in miniature as it doesn't fit their sneaky ways just use some standard marines.

Perturbo should be forgotten.  If he isn't he should have a full on Brian Blessed beard and a bald head.

Mortation shouldn't look anything like the grim reaper.

The Khan will be forgotten even though he should have the best mini ever to make up for his awful artwork (Genghis Khan on Steroids with a weird sword not a good look far to Ming the Merciless)

Would like to see:

 

Sanguinius with wings like a hawk in a dive, with a look of serene fury and armed with sword, how he enters the Cathedral for round 2 in Fear to Tread.

 

Lion with his salute to Curze

 

Perturabo coming down steps, striking an Imp Fist Terminator or Berossus

 

Corax in charge/stepping motion that would also work with Jet Pack with his whip coiled loosely

 

Dorn in a defense pose, thinking along the lines of him looking like he's fixed to Terra's core, immoveable object that the tide of traitors are being broken by.

 

Russ vs Magnus: Russ howling, arms back behind shoulders for a two handed strike while Magnus one hand outstretched casting, staff in the other in counterstrike

I think that the scene in which sanguinius just landed after jumping form his transport in the battle with the Nephilim, crouched position, wings outstretched, crater beneath him would look awesome. That or as scout said, smashing through the wall and slamming into the bloodthirster.

For Magnus: I want him standing strong and a bit static, a bit like lorgar is looking, but the have his left hand forward casting a deamonic flame or something, while standing on a nice big mount of deat space puppies!

On a related note, I just realized how badly I want Sigismund to be in the old "fishing rod" pose for the Emperor's Champion:

I really want The Lion to have his sword pointed as if leading a charge, bellowing a war cry with the wind at his face, blowing his hair back and his tabard/cloak batting in the wind....

 

 

Or....

 

 

A 2 part diorama of him mid duel with Kurze/Luther depending on the battle.

Anyways, I'm torn on the subject of Alpharius. I want him to be in his ornate armor depicted in book 3, but I also kind of want him to be roughly the same size as, if not a Tactical, at least a Terminator. Smallish.

 

While I think it would be neat to see him depicted as a bit of a line trooper the reality is that I want him in the ornate armour if I'm going to spend $100 bucks on him!

Mostly I really wonder about his base. If you reveal him, and then replace the Tactical who took his helmet off and said I am Alpharius with Alpharius's model, does the sheer awesomeness of his helmet being removed throw everyone in base contact slightly further away to make room for his new larger base??
