Great progress here! Well done WarriorFish - a completion of the serious piece of hardware - and some infantry support as a follow-up vow! And Hendrick you are doing quite a job there with the Manticore - and a great picture too boot! :D

Time for vow 3

I Ldorte answer the call of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete:

150pts 1x Leman Russ Battle Tank: Standard other than a hull mounted Heavy Flamer

160pts 1x Leman Russ Battle Tank: Hull mounted Lascannon

215pts 1x Leman Russ Demolisher: Sponson mounted Plasma Cannons, hull mounted Lascannon, Dozer blade (not shown in pic as it's attached to a sprue atm)

They all have paint on them but all require completely recoating as they are all the wrong colour (including the grey one which is the wrong shade of grey, vallejo london grey rather than humbrol sea grey) So I'm gonna count them as being unstarted as they require a black base coat before i can really get started.

Points total for this vow is 520pts as I added 5pts to my first vow for smoke launchers without realising they were standard equipment so have adjusted this vow accordingly (if that's allowed?)

If you consult your Imperial Infantryman's Uplifting Primer you will find that teasing is in violation of the rules! 50 lashes, or another vow - the choice is yours soldier! :P

Also what I could find of what will be vow 4 once I've finished finding everything, anything with paint on will be taken back to basecoat as nothing is even close to the right colour for me to use in a game atm so this is a good excuse to repaint everything

due to the downtime of the forum it appears some posts have been lost, therefore i'll post a PIP i posted shortly before the forum went offline:

ofcourse the PIP is one of the 2 vowed hellhounds. In the picture is also a PIP testpiece of my reconverted ogryns, who I might vow in a subsequent vow as a 6 man unit armed with slabshields and powermauls.

Yesterday I finished the hellhound, meaning I only need to finish 2 more chimeras and another hellhound before my first vow is complete.

It is unfortunate that the B&C suffered loss (lucky for me I was off on holiday so I didn't have to suffer too). If hendrik and Calgar could repost their updates on their vows that would be handy, especially Calgar as that would be the official WIP of your vow as far as I'm aware :D
