The IV are the unremembered, their wars are forgotten and their tales untold. Their reputation was muddied long before the roots of heresy had been planted and their fellow legions looked at them with the utmost disdain dismissing them as little more than attritionists. Although they specialise in siege warfare the legionnaires of the Iron Warriors are famed for their brutality in close ranged fire fights as they storm the breach earning every inch with blood and bone and they have been compared to their brothers in the XII. There are some breaches however that are too steeped in blood for the men of iron to scale and instead steel must be deployed where iron has buckled. The I Company of the VI Battalion in the III Grand Company under the strict command of Warsmith Lukas Aeox provides that steel.
