It feels as if it's all over the place and the motions of it don't follow that of the models, making it a bit incongruous. The wings on the rhino's top are a nice detail and done very crisp Pretty objective markers and nice use of celestine's iron halo on squad leaders to mark them out more. Definately not blood (it would look tacky rather then creepy) but a small fleur on the cheek like the common tattoo Sisters wear could work. I think it will be important to keep the minimalist look in order to protect the whole scary vibe. It stands out more because it is so empty of detail compared to the rest of the model.
