NoPityNoRemorseNoFear Posted August 23, 2014 Share Posted August 23, 2014 Hi all, a Zealous BT player here looking to make allies with our holiest of bretheren/sisters.I really don't know too much about the adepta sororitas at all and was just wondering about colour schemes etc. Do you have separate chapters like the Sm or is it separate in some way?If you could give me a wee bit of fluff about each different force as well as how they adorn themselves that would be great! There are six major Orders Militant, each dedicated to one of the Companions - Alicia Dominica, and the five women who accompanied her when she spoke to the Emperor in person. The Order of the Ebon Chalice is devoted to Saint Alicia Dominica, who slew the heretic High Lord Vandire. They are known for being honourable and traditional, tracing their lineage back to the original Daughters of the Emperor on San Leor. Their signature unit is Battle Sister squads. The Order of the Argent Shroud venerate Saint Silvana, who was slain by an assassin, her body replaced by a set of silver bones. They are known for being steadfast and selflessly heroic. Their signature unit is Celestians. The Order of the Sacred Rose venerate Saint Arabella, who vanished mysteriously shortly after the death of Saint Mina. The Sacred Rose are known for calm resolve and heavy weapons. Their signature unit is Retributors. The Order of our Martyred Lady venerate Saint Katherine, who carried Saint Dominica's Praesidium Protectiva. They are known for being ruthlessly vengeful. Their signature unit is the Sororitas Command Squad. The Order of the Valorous Heart follow Saint Lucia, who never made a sound as she was tortured to death. They are known as the most penitent order, viewing those claiming prophesy with great suspicion. Their signature unit is the Repentia. The Order of the Bloody Rose venerate Saint Mina, who was vicious and swift in battle. They are likewise known for their passion and agression. Their signature unit is the Dominion squad. There are Minor Orders that are split off from these six, but they rarely number more than a hundred or so Sisters. The six Major Orders usually number in the realm of three to six thousand Sisters at any one time, although naturally the number fluxuates wildly. I have had a look at each of the Orders, I think Sacred Rose is the order for me, their colour scheme fits well with templars and their heavy weapons should help alot!
