Conversion-wise, taking the laser destroyer array from any sponson (Fellblade/Sicaran) or from a Rapier and placing it into a Rhino chassis could suffice. There are some suitable third party bits to go on the roof for tubing/ventilation. Looks like the rules aren't experimental... says Warhammer 40K and not experimental like it usually does.
