AfroCampbell Posted October 28, 2014 Share Posted October 28, 2014 Armillus Dynat Give him a power dagger also (for the extra CC attack) 205pts – (all units reroll sweeping advance and plus one on vehicle damage chart) Master of the Signal Artificer armour and a power axe and a power dagger also (for the extra CC attack) 115pts Apothecarion Detachment X2 apothecaries and augery scanners 100pts Contemptor- Mortis Dreadnought Two twin linked Lascannons 165pts (gets +1 on vehicle damage chart with Dynat’s rule) Lernaean Terminators Plus five more men and a venom sphere harness 435pts Legion Rapier Weapons Battery x3 Laser Destroyer Arrays 165pts (gets +1 on vehicle damage chart with Dynat’s rule) Legion Tactical Squad Plus 10 extra men and a vexilla plus melta bomb on sergeant 265pts Legion Tactical Squad Plus vexilla plus melta bomb on sergeant 165pts Headhunter Kill Team Plus 4 extra men, plus heavy bolter, plus melta bombs on headhunter prime 290pts Predator Strike Squadron Autocannon Pred + Heavy Bolter Sponsons 100pts Total – 2000pts What do you guys think? playing against mostly 40k The goal is infiltrate all troops and characters, Dynat with the Termies shooting and charging down any harder elites, whilst the Master of Signal and 20 man tactical squads destroy any troops by infiltrating close enough to use their Fury of the Legion and rapid fire, whilst the other 10 man infiltrates and attempts to use their melta bombs. Both of these get the Apothecaries. Contemptor Mortis and Rapiers focus vehicles and the predator focuses on light vehicles/speeders etc I feel the headhunters are murderous with all their rerolls and AP3 on rolls of 6 etc, but they are very expensive.... would look at losing them for suggestions?
