Charlo
Do we know if Glaive Encarmine(s) are AP2 across the board? It's a shame having low initiative power weapons on speedy BA combat gods!
Pathstrider
I think if there is one thing that is clear from recent codicies is that GW doesn't consider congested force organisations a problem anymore - I suspect they see unbound/multiple force orgs as the solution So I wouldn't be surprised to see dreads, furiosos and Libby dreads all in elite

I would be surprised if Glaives are AP2 across the board. Honestly, AP2 at initiative weapons should be rare. I hope Dante (or Astorath) gets one, or maybe Sanguinor or Mephiston but that would be it.
tsijben
Did we have the following pics already? I might have missed it from all the SQUEEEE'ing: http://s23.postimg.org/jyou8gyd7/IMG_30585081188303.jpg http://oi57.tinypic.com/29xu9v8.jpg PS. SQUEEEEEE, 165 SG's! thebymster
interesting that the dread has moved to the already overcrowded elite selection, from heavy support. That'll.be to make room for Baal Pred in HS, to make room for drop pod in FA!
appiah4
Baal moved to make room for RAS in Fast is more likely especially given the Tac box release.
Xenith
Are there any confirmed pics of the 165? My squinting makes it look like 245, but with: WS5, BS4, S4 T4 I4 W...2? and 3A? Just confuses me as people were going on about 95 pt dreads when it clearly says 100?
Arcanguel27
interesting that the dread has moved to the already overcrowded elite selection, from heavy support. Same thing in the SW and GK codices. Probably just normalising some things across the entire astartes line. dreads were never a hs choice in the sw dex, to my memory. it was a ward brain wave. For the record, if that now ends up goin round teh interwebs I made it for B&C banter... Cuz Weez da Best matt ward didnt leave 40k alone. he only has himself to blame. Its their own fault for letting a fanboi near games development, if I had the chance one chaos marine would own an entire company of space smurfs (and rightfully so). But swiftly moving along before the mods pull us up for turning it into another Ward hate thread... So, thems Red Speshmahreenz huh? lookin pretty neat Guys. Think before slagging off Ward. Dreads were in the HS section in the 3rd ed codex, which is about 15 years old, and nothing to do whatsoever with Mat Ward. They go there, as to allow the BA to have greater amounts of dreads, as BA prefer dreads to other tanks as they can fight in combat. Moving them away from HS is the odd thing here. Makes me wonder what's going in there instead? The composition of a battle company on 3rd say it is 1 cap, 1 chaplain, 1 librerian, 1 command squad, 1 dreads, 6 tactical, 2 assoult, 2 devastaitor, 8 rinos, 1 razorback... were does it say they use more dreads? were does it say that? i stell have the codex... i know is foling apart but have it... Just confuses me as people were going on about 95 pt dreads when it clearly says 100? Nope. Just SpikeyBitz saying that Sanguinary Guard are max size 10 with those 2 pics. I don't know how you can make anything out on that pic. 2 wounds?
TheSauce
No way it's 2W at 32pt a pop. That would be SUPER gross. Like thunderwolf gross.
knife&fork
Doubt it but it doesn't seem completely over the top either. I mean TWC have a really nice statline but they're not game breaking in a shooting focused edition like this.

The codex could just be written differently such that the rule is attached to the model, not the wargear. That would just be a clarification of our current 'dex. Angelus Mortifer
Page 35 of the BA Codex Rumour thread has a WD battle scene with BAs, and it certainly looks like a possible new Termie kit (can't do the image on my phone right now). Could be conversions but Sgt. looks like a new sculpt with tabard, shield and top plate icon. TH Termies next to him also have new/different top plate icons as well as a heraldic shoulder plate on one Could someone oblige with the pic? Also, the Libby to the left of the squad also looks new-ish. Thoughts?
