I used two different kits, shortened the loin cloth, modified the book, and used cork on the base. The main thing I learned was going back and going over the painting mistakes. Also having a sort theme for Daemon Forge allow people that chance to add the model they've wanted to try added into there collection. There been a lot of models I've added as soon as something like this has happen. So Call of Chaos allowed me to finish get my Kill team painted that I've been mean to get done for the past year. Or when Nihm done a topic a few year ago, that allow me to get a model built & painted that I was meaning to add to my army. Just I find deadline help & one of the many reason I like going to Throne of Skulls & local tournament or taken part in Call of Chaos. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm aiming for 2 hours a model to a decent 3ft standard, though I've still got a way to go. Sort of like the Chaos Lord w/Plasma Pistol & Power Axe painting challenge the Eavy Metal team held many year ago in the White Dwarf when he was release. From painting & all out conversion, see how much cool work we can see on the single spure model. Also it is cool. As before, if you already got the model feel free to post it in the topic once I've posted it. Or you've got March to buy & add this cool model to your warband.
